Description
The Funeral Home Driver removes, transports, and cares for deceased persons and caskets, coordinates with first responders, hospitals, and other facilities, maintains company vehicles, and follows chain-of-custody and identification procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current driver’s license, at least one year of courier or driver experience, flexible on-call availability, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Compensation is $23.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
