Description
The Transfer Specialist is responsible for the care, removal, and transport of deceased persons, including first-call transfers, casket transport, coordination with first responders and funeral-related facilities, family interaction, documentation, and company-vehicle maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, at least one year of courier or driver experience, flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with part-time associates working an average of 20 hours per week potentially eligible for a 401(k).
