The Transfer Station Operations Supervisor oversees daily transfer station operations, including gatehouse, sorting, loading, scheduling, inspections, maintenance, safety compliance, quality control, reporting, payroll, billing, and employee performance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and four years of relevant experience, with preferred experience in storm water compliance, leading teams of 15 or more, and working in a unionized workforce.
