Description
The Recycling/Transfer Station Manager oversees the operation and maintenance of the Miami County Recycling/Transfer Station, supervises Sanitary Engineering staff, manages budgets and equipment maintenance, ensures regulatory compliance, coordinates with officials and contractors, and handles complaints and violations. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, more than five years of refuse-operation supervisory experience, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and a Class B commercial driver’s license. It is scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, pays $72,000–$80,000 per day of work, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
