Accurx is hiring a Transformation Analyst to support pilots and transformation projects across NHS clients. The role independently manages small to medium-scale pilots, develops relationships with NHS teams, delivers demos and training, captures user feedback, analyses pilot outcomes, and contributes to scalable transformation playbooks. Candidates should have some professional experience, project-management and stakeholder-management skills, data-analysis ability, and interest in NHS and healthcare technology. The position is based in Accurx’s Shoreditch office three days per week, with core hours of 10am–4pm, and offers a £32,000–£45,000 salary plus share options.
