Teledyne Technologies is seeking a hands-on Transformation Programme Manager to lead change and performance improvement across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on delivering measurable improvements in throughput, yield, utilisation, and cost; embedding Business Operating System tools; leading Kaizen and A3 improvement projects; supporting growth initiatives; coaching teams in Lean and continuous improvement; and sustaining improvements over time. Candidates should have manufacturing experience, strong Lean and Toyota Production System knowledge, a track record of operational improvements, and experience with digital or modernisation initiatives.
