Description
The Consulting division is recruiting a permanent Transformation Manager to co-pilot the development of its financial transformation advisory practice in the Antilles–Guiana region. The role combines client-facing transformation assignments—such as finance-function diagnostics, process redesign, financial reporting, budgeting, and public-sector financial planning—with commercial development, including pitches, workshops, proposals, and opportunity identification. The manager will also supervise consultants, develop practice methods, and contribute to staffing, quality, and assignment profitability. The position is based in Guadeloupe or Martinique with regular travel across the region and requires 5 to 8 years of relevant consulting experience, a relevant degree, strong English, and knowledge of the Antilles–Guiana economic landscape.
