Pon is hiring a Transformation & Process Optimization Project Manager to lead complex change and process optimization initiatives across IT, Finance, HR, Commercial, operations, and shop-floor teams. The role translates organizational goals into project plans, analyzes bottlenecks, documents processes and SOPs, aligns IT systems, uses operational data to substantiate improvements, and leads stakeholder adoption through persuasion and collaboration. The base location is Barneveld with regular presence at sites across the country, and the position offers hybrid working, a salary of €4,579–€6,538 excluding holiday allowance, and other benefits.
