Telenet is hiring a Transformation Expert within its Agility & Transformation tribe and Transformation Design & Activation team. The role focuses on improving enterprise-wide flow of work and predictable value delivery by designing and embedding agile ways of working, shaping organizational structures and decision flows, and orchestrating change strategies across governance, structure, and operating practices. Candidates should have transformation or business consulting experience in large organizations, enterprise transformation experience, a systemic view of business agility, strong stakeholder management skills, knowledge of software engineering practices such as CI/CD and test automation, and fluency in English and Dutch; French is an advantage.
