Description
DATA4 is hiring a full-time Transformation Lead to architect and accelerate its DATA4 Scale transformation program, which aims to make the organization scalable, operationally mature, and capable of reliable growth. The role owns the transformation roadmap, program execution, operating models, governance, performance measurement, change management, stakeholder engagement, external partner coordination, and organizational design. It is based in France (Marcoussis), Milan, or Madrid, with occasional travel to DATA4 offices in Europe. The position requires a master’s degree in engineering, management, organizational transformation, or an equivalent field, 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, strong program and change-management expertise, and fluent English.
