Description
Chubb is hiring a Transformation Manager / Execution Excellence Lead to build and improve the execution capability of its Commercial Insurance organization. The role owns operational and execution excellence roadmaps, process optimization, performance management, digital transformation and automation, project and change management, and stakeholder collaboration across Underwriting, Operations, Alternative Distribution, IT, and international teams. It requires analytical and interpersonal skills, a bachelor's or master's degree, 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business transformation, and fluency in English and Dutch; experience in financial services or insurance and digital transformation is advantageous. The role is based in the Netherlands and supports Chubb’s target operating models.
