Description
Apple is seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize global business processes, workflows, and operational systems. The role will develop transformation roadmaps, redesign end-to-end workflows, evaluate and implement enterprise technologies, apply automation and emerging technologies such as Generative AI, manage cross-functional stakeholders, execute change management, and improve data governance, reporting, analytics, and internal controls. The position requires at least seven years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or systems consulting, along with a BS or BA in Business, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
