AbbVie is hiring a Transformation Project Engineering Lead to lead the project engineering sub-team on a Strategic Capital Project. The role is accountable to the Project Director and is responsible for schedule, execution, risk management, reporting, project controls, procurement, feasibility studies, and coordination with marketing, product development, manufacturing, and external stakeholders. The position requires advanced engineering knowledge, independent project leadership, strong technical and financial-control competency, and preferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline plus 8+ years of significant engineering or operational experience.
