AbbVie is hiring a Transformation Project Manager to lead the cost, schedule, and documentation sub-team on a Strategic Capital Project. The role manages project execution, risk, reporting, stakeholder relationships, continuous improvement, and training for sponsors and Kaizen candidates, while developing plans to deliver projects within budget, scope, and schedule. Applicants need 6–10 years of business experience, at least one year of LSS experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader certification; PMP is preferred.
