AbbVie is hiring a Transformation Project Qualification Lead to lead the EFU and Automation Qualification sub-teams on a Strategic Capital Project. The role is accountable to the Project Director and responsible for schedule, execution, risk management, reporting, and the development of specifications, testing protocols, commissioning, qualification, validation, and documentation for equipment, facilities, utilities, products, and processes. The position requires an engineering or related technical background, significant engineering or operational experience, knowledge of validation and risk management, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects; supervisory experience is preferred.
