Mindlance is hiring a Transformation Senior Consultant for a 6–12 month contract in Houston on a hybrid schedule. Reporting to the Transformation Management Office, the role partners with leaders and programs to define success, establish OKRs and KPIs, assess change readiness, design change and adoption strategies, lead execution, and influence stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives. Candidates need at least six years of professional experience, including three years in management consulting or strategic advisory, along with experience with measurable outcomes, execution planning, cross-functional influence, and structured facilitation.
