INDUSTRONIC is hiring for a transformer design and manufacturing role in its Parque Kalos work area. The position combines electromagnetic and thermal design, mechanical and structural design, technical documentation, regulatory compliance, costing, and optimization for dry-type transformers from 1 kVA to 3000 kVA, with production supervision, process standardization, quality testing, and troubleshooting. Candidates need an electrical, electromechanical, mechatronics, or related university degree and at least 3 to 5 years of verifiable experience in dry-type transformer design and manufacturing, including electrical workshop and IEC/IEEE testing experience.
