Description
Sungrow is hiring a Technical Dispatch Coordinator for a hybrid contract role based in Houston, Texas. The position oversees the technical dispatch and coordination of vendors for onsite transformer and field-service work, including feasibility checks, scope and schedule optimization, vendor assignments, spare-parts procurement, SAP and CRM recordkeeping, compliance with IEEE, NETA, NEC, and UL standards, and liaison with vendors, engineering, procurement, and field-service teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or technical degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in a technical-oriented customer service role or three years in a technical field, conversational Mandarin, and familiarity with SAP, CRM, service-management software, and Microsoft Office.
