Description
Franklin Transit Management is hiring full-time and part-time transit bus drivers to safely operate fixed-route or paratransit vehicles, assist passengers, and communicate with dispatchers. Full-time employees work 40 hours per week with two consecutive days off and receive health benefits, vacation, life insurance, paid holidays, personal time, sick time, and a 401(k) with employer match. Applicants need a valid Class D license for at least three years, a Federal DOT Medical Certificate, and eligibility to work in the United States; a Class A or B Massachusetts CDL with passenger endorsement is preferred, and CDL training may be available on a case-by-case basis.
