Description
AECOM is hiring a Transit Design Manager (BRT) to lead planning, preliminary, and final design work for Bus Rapid Transit projects. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, prepares engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and quality-control reviews, and mentors entry-level engineers. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, eight years of relevant experience or equivalent education, a professional engineering license, proficiency with specified design software, roadway and BRT or light-rail transit design experience, and United States citizenship. The position is hybrid, requiring two or three days per week in an East Coast office, and does not offer relocation assistance or US employment authorization sponsorship.
