Description
The Program Analyst will support the Regional Network Management team’s transit fare initiatives, including the Clipper BayPass Pilot Program, interagency transfer pilots, and fare policy projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with transit operators and institutional customers, facilitating technical implementation with MTC’s Clipper Program, evaluating fare initiatives, preparing budgets and procurement documents, and coordinating the Fare Programs Staff Working Group. The role requires knowledge of the Bay Area transit network, transit fare policy, public communication, and program budgeting, with qualifications based on either two or five years of relevant professional experience depending on the Planner/Analyst level.
