HTM is hiring a Transit Inspector (BOA III) to check travel tickets, assist passengers, enforce transport rules, and de-escalate potentially aggressive situations. The role requires teamwork, customer focus, physical and mental resilience, Dutch and English communication skills, an MBO level 3 working and thinking level, a clean criminal record, and a category B driving licence (preferred). The position includes fully paid training to become a Special Investigative Officer for Public Transport, with a full-time starting salary of €3,789 including an irregular-hours allowance, and a start date of December 1, 2026.
