Description
HDR is hiring a Transit Intern to support project engineering and delivery for transportation and public transportation projects in the Southern California Region. The intern will assist with detailed design of urban and rural transit projects, prepare technical reports, specifications, and calculations, and work approximately 20 hours per week on-site with mentorship from a licensed engineer. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program and should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Southern California transit client projects is preferred.
