Via is hiring a Transit Manager for its Operations team to run daily onsite transit service, make real-time decisions about fleet and driver supply, support drivers, respond to rider and community feedback, use data and technology to improve service performance, and coordinate with city partners and central teams. The role is based in Prescott, Arizona, with onsite availability of 4–5 days per week and travel to Prescott 2–3 days per week. Compensation is $63,000–$72,000 per year, with free medical plans and 401K matching.
