Description
SouthWest Transit is hiring a Transit Operations Manager to lead daily transit operations, dispatch workflows, driver contracts, fleet lifecycle management, route and service design, ridership analysis, operational reporting, budgeting, safety, customer experience, and long-term transit planning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning, public administration, or a related field, 5–7 years of progressively responsible public transportation experience, and at least 3 years leading teams. The position is 100% in office.
