Arcadis is hiring a Transit Rail Project Manager in New York/New Jersey to lead transit and rail transportation projects through planning, procurement, engineering, execution, and closeout. The role manages project teams, commercial interests, project plans, risks, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and multidisciplinary communication while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of rail/transit engineering experience, at least 8 years managing transit or rail projects, an active New York Professional Engineer license, and proficiency with rail engineering software and standards.
