Description
This internship supports signal-design engineering for transit projects by developing computer automation tools and performing electrical and signal-systems work. Duties include soldering and wiring, circuit analysis, MATLAB and Python data processing, train-braking calculations, power calculations, CAD and Visio layouts, test documentation, PLC circuit design, field surveying, and user-interface development. Candidates should be pursuing an electrical or electronic engineering degree, have MATLAB or Python experience, and have completed circuits or an electronics laboratory course.
