Silverchain is hiring part-time TACP Home Care Workers to support older people transitioning from hospital back to independent living in the Collaroy area and surrounds. The role provides personal care, exercise support, compression stocking assistance, transport to appointments, social support, meal preparation, and domestic assistance, with a Monday-to-Friday roster between 7 am and 5 pm and minimal weekend work. Applicants need a Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, at least six months of similar experience, a current Australian driver's licence, a reliable insured vehicle, and mandatory vaccinations; Level 3 Home Care Worker experience and experience with high-care or post-hospital clients are preferred. The position pays $37.53 plus super and kilometres, includes employee benefits and salary packaging, and offers CPR and First Aid training.
