Description
The Transition & Pathways Coordinator advises and recruits adult and working learners into workforce education programs, connects them to career pathways through employer and industry engagement, supports their transition into SUU degree and credential opportunities, and helps maintain learner success and retention. The role also coordinates with employers, industry partners, and CWD marketing; conducts labor market research; and pilots improvements in advising and pathway processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant work experience, at least one to two years of experience in adult education, career counseling, academic advising, or a related field, and experience working with non-traditional or adult learners. The position is contingent on funding and does not offer H1B visa sponsorship.
