Transition Assistant at Lifelong Access

Lifelong Access is hiring a full-time Transition Assistant to support the High School Transition and Supported Employment Programs for students with developmental disabilities. The role provides direct programming, IEP meeting, on-the-job coaching, job development, community presentation, transportation, and supply support, while collaborating with the Transition Coordinator. The position pays $18.35 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience supporting people with disabilities, Microsoft Office familiarity, weekday availability, willingness to travel in McLean County, age 21 or older, a valid Illinois driver’s license, safe driving record, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
