Foundation Communities is hiring a full-time Transition Assistant Property Manager in Austin, Texas, with regular travel among Foundation Communities properties. The role provides temporary management coverage, operational support, and hands-on training to apartment communities during staffing vacancies, absences, transitions, and other periods of increased need. Responsibilities include leasing, applications, screening, recertifications, collections, inspections, vacant-unit turns, lease-ups, property stabilization, resident and employee support, and training. The position requires at least three years of multifamily property management, assistant management, leasing, or related experience, along with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
