ECI is hiring a Transition Engineer - Field Services Migration Specialist to migrate, configure, and support workstation and mobile-device platforms for financial-services, life-sciences, legal, and manufacturing clients. The role involves setting up and transitioning Windows and macOS computers, enrolling iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices in Intune, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, providing Active Directory and network troubleshooting, and participating in after-hours cloud migrations. It is a hybrid position reporting to the ECI BGC Taguig office, with rotating early-morning, UK/EMEA, and after-hours shifts, and requires 2–5 years of experience supporting desktop, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices.
