Quest Global is seeking an Integrated Program Lead in transformer manufacturing to oversee end-to-end program execution across engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and commercial functions. The role manages transformer production schedules, capacity and workflow optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, quality and compliance, KPIs, customer commitments, and cross-functional delivery from design through manufacturing and delivery. It requires knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, transformer standards, quality tools, root-cause analysis, ISO 9001, and project management, along with 10+ years of relevant supply chain and program management experience.
