Inadev is hiring an experienced Transition Technical Lead to lead technical transition activities for a Legacy program, including transition planning, environment and infrastructure assessment, knowledge transfer, operational readiness validation, risk management, security and compliance coordination, and support-process integration. The role requires a U.S. citizen, a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, at least 10 years of federal IT systems experience, and at least 5 years in a technical lead, solution architect, infrastructure lead, or chief engineer role. The position is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in Reston, Virginia, and client locations in the Washington, D.C. area, and pays $175,000–$195,000 based on pertinent experience.
