Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate’s Degree in Human Services or high school diploma/equivalent with three years of case management experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Three years of case management experience
One year of case management experience
Experience working with the formerly incarcerated population
Preferred Qualifications: Understands the criminal justice environment
General knowledge of NYC, reentry/social services providers, or resources
Superior organizational and time-management skills
Strengths-based case management expertise, particularly motivational interviewing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional assessment and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish
