Transitional Program Manager-Employment at Lumibility

Lumibility is hiring a Senior Manager of Adult Services to manage and coordinate the Employment Transitional Program, supervise program coordinators, transitional job coaches, and other staff, oversee person-centered employment services, manage the assigned budget, maintain compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and build relationships with employers, families, funders, and community partners. The role requires at least five years of employment-services or transitional-programming experience, two years of supervisory or management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Connecticut driver’s license. The position is exempt, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., pays $58,500 annually, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
