Lumibility is hiring a Community-Based Support Specialist in Wallingford to supervise, support, and train people with differing abilities through group and individual instruction. The role provides person-centered activities, behavioral interventions, transportation, documentation, community-site supervision, and support for social skills and positive behaviors. It pays $19.50 per hour for Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, an acceptable driving history, and the ability to use a personal vehicle.
