Description
The Club-J TK Coordinator will design, implement, and improve developmentally appropriate afterschool programs for Transitional Kindergarten students, oversee daily program operations, establish consistent routines, coach staff, and support TK graduates transitioning to Kindergarten. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in licensed child care or comparable programs, youth program development experience, and relevant early childhood education or child development units.
