Translational ML Scientist at evvy

Evvy is hiring a Senior ML Translational Scientist to build diagnostic, prognostic, risk-prediction, biomarker-discovery, and treatment-personalization models from its proprietary vaginal microbiome dataset. The role owns models end-to-end, from feature engineering and training through validation, calibration, monitoring, and production translation, while partnering with R&D, product, engineering, and clinical teams. It requires 5–8 years of post-PhD or post-MS experience in machine learning and computational biology, strong Python and modern ML-framework skills, microbiome-data expertise, and experience shipping production models. The role is primarily in-person in New York City, with remote work available for an exceptional fit.
