Description
The Transload Operator safely loads and unloads frac sand between trucks, rail cars, and silos at a transload facility. The role also operates rail car movers, RBTs, or Wilsons; inspects, troubleshoots, and performs minor repairs and routine maintenance on equipment; maintains records; directs truck drivers; and supports facility safety, cleanliness, and operational improvements. The position requires a valid driver’s license, prior forklift experience, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work in variable weather and physically demanding conditions.
