Think Power Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Transmission Construction Representative (TCR) to oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms for construction projects related to the owner's electric transmission system. The TCR will monitor the safe completion of work, aligning with design specifications and safety standards, managing a wide scope of projects including substation upgrades and new substation constructions. They will proactively identify and resolve potential issues impacting project success, apply expert knowledge of construction requirements, interpret engineering drawings, and mentor junior representatives.
