Description

Vantage Point Solutions is hiring a Transmission Engineering Lead (PE) to provide technical leadership, project oversight, design review, professional engineering approval, client engagement, and field support for electric utility transmission projects. The role manages projects from planning through construction and commissioning, mentors engineers, supports permitting and regulatory compliance, and requires an active Professional Engineer license, a relevant engineering degree, and at least 10 years of transmission design and engineering experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) from an ABET-accredited institution, preferably with an emphasis in Power Systems.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 10 years of experience in electric utility transmission design and engineering.
At least 2 years of engineering leadership experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
Experience working with utility personnel, construction contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Emphasis in Power Systems
