Dashiell is hiring a Transmission Line Engineer in Westlake, Texas, to perform civil and electrical transmission line design for high-voltage systems from 34.5kV to 500kV. The role includes generating cost-effective designs, participating in engineering and customer meetings, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and working independently. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering, at least three years of hands-on transmission line design experience, EPC design experience, professional engineering licensure or the ability to obtain it, and knowledge of transmission engineering standards and software such as PLS-CADD. The position requires occasional overnight travel, extended work hours, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
