Description
Dashiell Corporation, an operating unit of Quanta Services, is hiring a Transmission Line Engineer in The Woodlands, Texas. The role performs civil and electrical transmission line design for 34.5kV–500kV systems, including routing, conductor selection, structure determination, plan and profile development, material takeoffs, substation structures, foundations, and site development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering, at least three years of hands-on transmission line design experience, professional engineer licensure or the ability to obtain it within one year, experience in EPC design, PLS-CADD and applicable engineering standards. The position is primarily on-site, includes approximately 10% overnight travel, and may involve extended hours.
