The role oversees project delivery, staffing, quality, utilization, forecasting, profitability, team development, and strategic growth; also serves as a project manager, supports marketing and proposals, manages technical personnel, and coordinates multidisciplinary services. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of experience, strong communication, leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities, and professional registration, licensure, or certification where applicable.
