The Dispatch Coordinator supports the dispatch and collection of shipments by coordinating deliveries throughout Ireland, managing Dublin-area drivers and domestic jobs, overseeing approved country hauliers, maintaining collection databases, coordinating pickups, monitoring airport drivers, sourcing pricing, and organizing special deliveries. The role also handles interdepartmental and external billing and requires 1–3 years of industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and Word and Excel experience.
