Description
The Transport Executive supports the Transport Manager by managing customer orders, building efficient load plans, and coordinating drivers. The role schedules collections and deliveries, allocates orders to vehicles and drivers, tracks orders through proof of delivery, optimises carrier fill and routes, checks vehicle capacity and load-securing requirements, prepares rosters and run sheets, monitors driver documentation and telematics, and escalates exceptions. The position requires five years of experience in transport, logistics operations, order or dispatch coordination, or load planning, along with strong organisational, analytical, communication, and scheduling skills.
