Description
The Transport Manager will oversee the safety, compliance, maintenance, and operational performance of HGVs, vans, and plant. The role includes managing Operator’s Licence compliance, vehicle inspections, drivers’ hours and tachograph requirements, fleet and telematics data, transport legislation, and the introduction of standard and specialist vehicles. The position requires a Transport Manager CPC, transport compliance knowledge, vehicle maintenance and fleet data experience, and strong collaboration with drivers, managers, and operational teams.
