Description
The Transport Manager leads the company's car carrier operation, managing order-to-delivery processes, fleet capacity, load planning, route and load optimisation, driver recruitment and performance, compliance with goods-driving and rest-break requirements, and GPS/telematics monitoring. The role owns standards, capacity, cost and performance, reports to directors, and requires typically 5+ years of road transport or fleet management experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
