The Transport Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and organizational performance of a transport division nationwide, supervise Team Leads Planning & Dispatch, optimize drivers, subcontractors, vehicles, and capacity, analyze KPIs, and contribute to transport optimization, digitalization, and process-development projects. The role is 100% work, requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree plus transport, logistics, or operational experience, and requires fluency in French and Dutch with regular travel in Belgium.
